sooo long time since a post..
that would be due to the fact that i had food poisioning/stomache virus..not sure which one
thennn i am now suffereing chest congestion anddd a verryyyyy sore throat..gross =[
so I would love to say I found a new work out program I would looooooove to try
its callled insanity??
I know a few people who have tried it and say they love it soooo i really want to try it
and i got suckered into the infomercial.. =]
so i am ordering it to try it!
i will let you know how that goes..
hoping this sickness goes away by saturday..i would love to go to 8strikes and reboost my week and a half break from working out =[
